What is Nosy?
Nosy is a new way of discovering wine. Just like you, we also love to discover great wines, but we are not experts and we also don’t know by heart all wine regions, and you don’t have to know it either. Every month we invite a new expert to choose three wine bottles that are delivered right to your door. That's right, a different world specialist each month choosing wines from all over the world just for you! We want you to have fun and enjoy yourself as much as we do, so we didn’t stop with the wine… We also created a journal where you can find an interview with the expert of the month, get to know the story behind the wines, recipe pairings and also interesting facts so you can look good in front of your friends!
What will I get in my Nosy Box?
With your Nosy subscription, every month you will receive a box with three wine bottles, together with our Nosy journal, where you will find an interview with the expert of the month, the story behind the wines, recipe pairings and also interesting facts for you to look good in front of your friends!
I just bought my Nosy Subscription. What should I do now?
Great news! Welcome to the family! Now, the only thing you have to do is sit back and relax, we take care of the rest!
Is there a minimum subscription period?
We want you to be with us because you really love Nosy, not because canceling is a nightmare. So, there is no minimum subscription period. To cancel your subscription, you just have to log into your account, click on “Manage Subscription, then on “Manage” and select “Cancel order” until the 20th of the month. If you cancel after that day, you will still receive that month’s box, but that will be the last.
When will my card be charged?
We start the shipment on the 20th of every month, so that is when you will be charged.
Do you charge for the shipment?
No, shipment is on us.
When will you ship my first order?
We start shipping our boxes on the 20th every month. If you subscribe until that day you will receive it within a week. Otherwise, you will receive it next month after the 20th.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to all european countries, exluding Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria and Ireland.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there is no problem. You will receive an email informing we have tried to deliver your Nosy Box, with instructions to reschedule it at any time.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you just have to log into your account, click on "Manage Subscription", then on "Manage" and select "Cancel order" until the 20th of the month, for us not to ship that month's box. If you cancel after that day, you will still receive that month's box, but that will be the last. If you prefer just send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will cancel it for you.
How can I skip a month?
Yes, if by any reason you want to skip a month just log into your account and click on "Manage Subscription", then on "Manage" select "Upcoming orders" and choose the month you wish to skip.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, simply log into your account, click on 'Edit Account' and change the address.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes, simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Account', after on 'Manage' and choose the option 'View/Update Card.
What is your satisfaction policy?
Our main goal is to ensure that you have fun with a Nosy and that you are 100% satisfied with our service. However, if by any reason you are not happy with our service, we are here to help. Just contact us and we will do everything to solve it in the best way possible.
